Big Trike Adventure

Mrs. Huggins is the teacher at Honeycomb School. It is a school a lot like ours. Today, she is teaching her class something very special. Mrs. Huggins told the class, “This week is going to be very important. We are going to learn about the kids of St. Jude. They are very sick, but the doctors at St. Jude help them feel better.” Bikewell Bear does not like it when he feels sick, so he wanted to do something to help. He asked his teacher, “Mrs. Huggins, how can we help the kids of St. Jude?” Mrs. Huggins smiled and said, “I have an idea you will like very much. It is a way we can all help!” “It’s called a St. Jude Trike-A-Thon” Mrs. Huggins explained, “We will learn important lessons about trike safety, and all week long we will work together to raise money so that the kids at St. Jude can get better.” 8
